Betting Tips: European Leagues – Sunday -12/28/2014

EPL

QPR v. Crystal Palace
Pick: QPR +156 (5Dimes)

QPR may be horrible on the road, but they are a different team at Loftus Road. They looked good against Arsenal on Boxing Day. Palace are in a bit of a crisis, as they just sacked their coach – and have not won in six games.

Turkish Super League

Konyaspor v. Besiktas
Pick: Besiktas -101 (5Dimes)

Konya are decent at home, but league leaders Besiktas have won six of seven on the road – and it doesn’t look like they will be relinquishing their position at the top anytime soon. Besiktas will look to keep up the momentum ahead of their clash with Galatasaray.

Betting Tip: Arsenal to Beat Liverpool – 12/21/2014

Liverpool v. Arsenal
Pick: Arsenal +158 (5Dimes)

Liverpool did look a little better against Man U, last time out, but there’s a reason why Sterling missed all those opportunities. He’s a true attacking midfielder playing striker. Balotelli is out on suspension. Liverpool will continue to struggle to score, and they will concede at least a couple to Arsenal’s in form attack. I don’t see Liverpool all of a sudden turning it around today.

Betting Tips: Italian Serie A- Genoa W/D – 12/21/2014

Torino v. Genoa
Pick: Genoa +.5 at -113 (5Dimes)

Great price for Genoa W/D, against a Torino team that hasn’t won in six league matches. Torino have only won two of their eight home games this season. I don’t see them all of a sudden winning at home, especially against an in form side like Genoa. Yes, Genoa are missing GK Perin and MF Perotti, but they will be just fine with their backup keeper. Perotti is a key player, but Genoa is not going to start losing just because of one player. They are collectively a good team, and they haven’t lost on the road in Serie A all season. It’s apparent Torino is not the same team from last season, after losing last year’s Serie A top-scorer Immobile to Dortmund. I don’t see Genoa losing here.
